Sandra Bullock is The Unforgivable in the trailer for new drama

The Unforgivable is based on the 2009 British miniseries Unforgiven written by Sally Wainwright. The film stars Sandra Bullock, Aisling Franciosi, Viola Davis, Vincent D’Onofrio, Rob Morgan, Jon Bernthal, Richard Thomas, Linda Emond, Emma Nelson, and W. Earl Brown.

Released from prison after serving a sentence for a violent crime, Ruth Slater (Sandra Bullock) re-enters a society that refuses to forgive her past. Facing severe judgment from the place she once called home, her only hope for redemption is finding the estranged younger sister she was forced to leave behind.

Directed by Nora Fingscheidt, the film hits select US cinemas on 24th November 2021 and then hits Netflix on 10th December 2021.
