A woman falls in love with a theme park attraction in the trailer for Jumbo

Yes, this film does sound quite odd, but the trailer does sell it for me. I am intrigued to see how it all plays out.

Jeanne (Noemie Merlant, Portrait of a Lady on Fire), a shy young woman, works in an amusement park. She still lives at home with her mother and is fascinated with lights and carousels. When Jeanne meets Jumbo, the park’s new flagship attraction, a thrilling and unique romance ensues.

Directed by Zoe Wittock, the film stars Noemie Merlant, Emmanuelle Bercot, Bastien Bouillon, and Sam Louwyck.

Ths film hits US cinemas on 19th February 2021. It then hits On Demand from 16th March 2021.
