The Alien TV show is heading our way

An Alien TV show is currently in development at FX Networks. The first TV series based on the classic film series is helmed by Fargo and Legion’s Noah Hawley.

Not much else is known about the new show but we can “expect a scary thrill ride set not too far in the future here on Earth.”

I am really not sure what to expect with an Alien TV show, from the quote it does sound like it is going to be set on Earth. That could be good but it does remind me of the Alien vs Predator movies. I didn’t really enjoy Covenant or Prometheus, but I do like Hawley’s work on Legion.

Ridley Scott will executive produce the project.
