This animated Terminator trailer is all kinds of cool

Writer/director Bruce Stirling John Knox, aka BSJK, has just produced a fully 2D animated movie trailer, Extermination, designed as a pitch for a new Terminator script.

He sent over to me so I could share it with you. It looks fantastic and features original music by the producer John Fryer (NIN, Depeche Mode, This Mortal Coil, etc), this trailer is aimed at grabbing the attention of James Cameron and Paramount Pictures.

After Terminator Genisys, they really need to change things up if they want the Terminator series to continue. Some of the ideas on show in this pitch video could be the way to go.
