El Placer De Dar Placer – Samuel Goldwyn Films picks up worldwide rights to the new Spanish language drama

Samuel Goldwyn Films has acquired worldwide rights to Trimuse Entertainment’s Spanish language drama El Placer De Dar Placer, currently available on Roku and soon on Amazon Prime, TUBI + Pluto.

In the film from director Zaza Marquez, Giovanni (René Mena) is in the process of getting married. Yet, a hangover is the least of Giovanni’s problems when his wild bachelor party and a stripper give him the biggest headache of his life.

The film produced by René Mena and Zaza Marquez also stars Bea Ranero and features Mike Manning, Gloria Sandoval, Orel De La Mota, Tyler Wing and Dennis Mencia. Mena and Marquez wrote the screenplay, which was based on an original story by Marquez.

This marks Mena and Marquez’s first collaboration in their native country El Salvador in Spanish with plans to produce more content under their Latinx Productions banner.

Peter Goldwyn negotiated the deal for El Placer De Dar Placer on behalf of Samuel Goldwyn Films, with Mark Holdom of Trimuse Entertainment on behalf of the filmmakers.
