Action superstar Jean-Claude Van Damme is back with a vengeance in the neo-noir action thriller Darkness of Man, released on digital platforms and DVD in the UK and Ireland from 10th June 2024.

Featuring a story devised by Van Damme and director James Cullen Bressack, DARKNESS OF MAN stars the movie legend as an experienced Interpol agent who has dedicated his life to protecting the son of a former informant – even if it means trading bullets with merciless gangs and supposed allies alike.

Russell Hatch, an Interpol operative who takes on the role of father figure to Jayden, the son of an informant killed in a routine raid gone wrong. Years later, Hatch finds himself protecting Jayden and his uncle from a group of merciless gangs in an all-out turf war, stopping at nothing to protect Jayden and fight anyone getting in his way. Including supposed allies with hidden agendas and nefarious intents.

Van Damme returns to the screen alongside an incredible ensemble cast including Emerson Min (Black-ish), Terminator 3’s Kristanna Loken, Charmed and 90210 legend Shannen Doherty, as well as martial arts superstar Cynthia Rothrock – not to mention Jean-Claude’s son Kris Van Damme, rapper Sticky Fingaz, and Hollywood legend Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight).

DARKNESS OF MAN is available on DVD, and digital platforms including Google, Apple TV, Sky and Amazon from 10th June.
