Norman Reedus goes Death Stranding in the teaser for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon

Norman Reedus portrayed the main character in the Death Stranding video game. That game featured a lot of walking in desolate landscapes.

The first teaser for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon features Norman Reedus walking around desolate areas of France.

In The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Daryl (Norman Reedus) washes ashore in France and struggles to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan.

The new series also stars Clemence Poesy, Adam Nagaitis, Anne Charrier, Eriq Ebouaney, Laika Blanc Francard, Romain Levi, Louis Puech Scigliuzzi & Melissa McBride.

Based on the characters created by renowned comic book writer Robert Kirkman and illustrators Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard, the forthcoming spin-off series is created and executive produced by showrunner David Zabel.

The show hits AMC and AMC+ this autumn.
