Nailing the perfect transition is an art in itself, and it’s often something that filmmakers disregard. The dissolve and fade, or simple cut, may not be an issue per say but it is still frustrating to see creativity missing. That’s why Stranger Things is special, because the transitions through sound, imagery & the idea of foreshadowing allow the episodes to move at a rapid pace, with a switch between characters seamless.
