The Wrath of Becky gets a new trailer

2020’s Becky was a great movie by Cary Murnion and Jonathan Milott. It starred Lulu Wilson as a young girl on a weekend getaway with her father. They are interrupted by a group of escaped convicts led by Kevin James – who was fantastic as a bad guy. Becky turns the tables on the convicts in a very violent and bloody version of Home Alone. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t seen it.

A sequel, The Wrath of Becky is premiering at the SXSW Film Festival on 11th March and you can check out the first teaser trailer and new posters below.

“Two years after she escaped a violent attack on her family, Becky attempts to rebuild her life in the care of an older woman – a kindred spirit named Elena. But when a group known as the “Noble Men” break into their home, attack them, and take her beloved dog, Diego, Becky must return to her old ways to protect herself and her loved ones.”

Check out the new Red Band trailer below.

Lulu Wilson returns and she is joined by Seann William Scott, Matt Angel, Courtney Gains, Aaron Dalla Villa, Michael Sirow, Denise Burse-Fernandez, Jill Larson and Kate Siegel.

Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote (The Open House) wrote and directed the film while Raphael Margules, JD Lifshitz, Tracy Rosenblum, Russell Posternak, Chadd Harbold produced.
