I do love George Miller’s Mad Max. All the films and the video game, which I am currently playing through again, have brought us the myth of the Road Warrior. Now this new short film from Johannes Pfau, Adrian Martin and Erik van Schoor looks like it will be another cool trek into the Wasteland.

Haunted by his past, Max Rockatansky is crossing the Wasteland completely on his own. In exchange for gasoline he takes on a dangerous rescue mission, fights barbaric hordes and his inner demons…

After 24 days of shooting 95% of the film has been completed. They have now turned to Kickstarter to finish things off.
