William Tell gets a new trailer

Altitude has released the action-packed trailer for epic WILLIAM TELL, from BAFTA award-winning director Nick Hamm, in cinemas across the UK and Ireland from 10 January 2025.

WILLIAM TELL brings to life the legendary tale of the 14th-century marksman. As the nations of medieval Europe struggle for power, the ruthless Austrian Empire invades Switzerland, and a peaceful huntsman, William Tell, is thrust into the heart of their resistance.

The film stars Claes Bang (The Square, Bad Sisters, The Northman), Connor Swindells (Barbie, Sex Education), Ellie Bamber (Willow, The Serpent, Nocturnal Animals), Golshifteh Farahani (Paterson, Extraction, Invasion), Jonah Hauer-King (The Little Mermaid, The Tattooist of Auschwitz), Rafe Spall (Life of Pi, The Big Short), Emily Beecham (1899, Little Joe), Academy-Award nominee Jonathan Pryce (The Two Popes, The Wife) and Academy-Award winner Ben Kingsley (Gandhi, Schindler’s List).

WILLIAM TELL received its World Premiere at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival followed by its European Premiere at the 2024 Zurich Film Festival.
