A girl with mysterious powers causes conflict in The King Tide trailer

After the mayor of an idyllic island village discovers a child with mysterious powers awash on their shores, the once peaceful community devolves into civil war, torn over the belief that the child is the next saviour.

The film is directed by Christian Sparkes, and stars Clayne Crawford, Lara Jean Chorostecki, Alix West Lefler, Aden Young, Ryan McDonald, Emily Piggford, Michael Greyeyes and Frances Fisher.

The King Tide opens in Canada on 26th April 2024.
