Namor takes flight in the new trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Wakanda is mourning the loss of their King but beneath the oceans rises a new threat.

Ryan Coogler is back to direct the sequel. Coogler wrote the script together with Joe Robert Cole. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever stars Angela Bassett, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong’o, Martin Freeman, Dominique Thorne, Florence Kasumba, Isaach de Bankole, Dorothy Steel, Danny Sapani, Michaela Coel, and Tenoch Huerta as Namor.

It is exciting to finally see Namor in the MCU, but watching the trailer does make me miss the wonderful Chadwick Boseman. Such a brilliant actor who was gone much too soon. However, part of me does wish they’d recast T’Challa as I always loved that character.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is due to be released this November 11.
