Watch Adam Driver and Greta Gerwig in the trailer for Noah Baumbach’s White Noise

At once hilarious and horrifying, lyrical and absurd, ordinary and apocalyptic, WHITE NOISE dramatizes a contemporary American family’s attempts to deal with the mundane conflicts of everyday life while grappling with the universal mysteries of love, death, and the possibility of happiness in an uncertain world.

Based on the book by Don DeLillo, the film is directed by Noah Baumbach. It stars Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig, Raffey Cassidy, Andre Benjamin, Alessandro Nivola, Jodie Turner-Smith, Don Cheadle, Lars Eidinger, Sam Nivola, and May Nivola.

White Noise has been selected as the opening film for next month’s Venice International Film Festival. It will then be released on Netflix and select cinemas later in the year.
