  1. This is a cool list. I have watched a number of these films, and there are several I will be adding to my bucket list. I will probably start binge-watching this evening and kick off with Rain Man. It has the most enticing review among the four marked out.

  2. The Gambler is one of the most emotional films I have watched. It takes a breather from the usually exciting casino gambling kind of theme. It focuses on the more emotional aspect that comes with being addicted to betting and how it affects families. This movie is the reality right there, except for the part where Alex hit a massive win. That is a fairy tale that will almost never happen in a real-life scenario. It was a decent film, nevertheless.

  3. The casino is my best gambler movie of all time. The smooth storyline, high suspense and beautiful wordplay.

  4. Is it only me that thinks Maverick deserves to be in the top three? Come on, the movie was brilliant and also really entertaining. Mel Gibson really brought his A game to this series, which deserved to be appreciated.

  5. The Hard Eight is as cold as it can get. I watched it during my early gambling days, about 7 years ago, and I still watch it once in a while. Gambling is one hell of a game, and this film explores this truth.
