The live-action Cowboy Bebop show gets a new trailer
Cowboy Bebop is one of the great anime series. If you haven’t seen it then I highly recommend you track it down and get it watched as soon as you can.
Netflix has been working on a live-action version of the show, which will be with us on 19th November 2021. They have finally released some images from the show so you can now see Spike Spiegel (John Cho), Jet Black (Mustafa Shakir), and Faye Valentine (Daniella Pineda) in costume. Oh and Ein the corgi is also there. No sign of Edward yet, but they didn’t turn up until late in the anime. The costume and set designs do look extremely faithful to the anime, although I don’t think Spike will be smoking in this.
Cowboy Bebop is an action-packed space Western about three bounty hunters, aka “cowboys,” all trying to outrun the past. As different as they are deadly, Spike Spiegel (John Cho), Jet Black (Mustafa Shakir), and Faye Valentine (Daniella Pineda) form a scrappy, snarky crew ready to hunt down the solar system’s most dangerous criminals—for the right price. But they can only kick and quip their way out of so many scuffles before their pasts finally catch up with them.
A full trailer has been released for the show, which hits Netflix on 19th November 2021.
