Watch Jake Gyllenhaal in the new trailer for Antoine Fuqua’s The Guilty

Antoine Fuqua (Training Day, The Equalizer) directs the remake of Gustav Möller’s Danish thriller from 2018. Screenwriter Nic Pizzolatto (True Detective) wrote the screenplay and Jake Gyllenhaal stars.

The film takes place over the course of a single morning in a 911 dispatch call center. Call operator Joe Baylor (Gyllenhaal) tries to save a caller in grave danger — but he soon discovers that nothing is as it seems, and facing the truth is the only way out.

The Guilty hits select US cinemas on 24th September and Netflix on 1st October 2021.
