Mary Elizabeth Winstead has 24 hours to live and find revenge in the trailer for Kate

After she’s poisoned, a ruthless criminal operative has less than 24 hours to exact revenge on her enemies and in the process forms an unexpected bond with the daughter of one of her past victims.

The concept reminds me of the excellent D.O.A. from 1950 (I also have a soft spot for the 1988 remake starring Dennis Quaid).

Directed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, Kate stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Woody Harrelson, Miku Martineau, Tadanobu Asano, Jun Kunimura, Miyavi, Kazuya Tanabe, and Michiel Huisman.

The film hits Netflix on 10th September 2021.
