The Wrong Turn reboot gets a trailer

Saban Films have released the first trailer for the reboot of 2003’s Wrong Turn.

Mike P. Nelson (The Domestics) directed the new film from a script written by Alan B. McElroy, who wrote the original film which saw a family of deformed cannibals who hunted and killed people in West Virginia.

The new Wrong Turn will bring a group of unlucky friends to Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, to spend a couple of days hiking the Appalachian Trail. They are confronted by “The Foundation,” a community of people who have lived in the mountains since before the Civil War.

The new film stars Matthew Modine, Damian Maffei, Bill Sage, Emma Dumont, Valerie Jane Parker, Chaney Morrow, and David Hutchinson.
