Gerard Butler is making another Has Fallen movie

First there was Olympus Has Fallen, then London Has Fallen, followed by Angel Has Fallen. Now there will be another – Night Has Fallen.

Some of you may be asking why this is happening. Well, the previous films have brought in $520 million so that’s why.

Gerard Butler will be back to play Mike Banning, a former Army Ranger who worked as a protective agent for the Secret Service. Deadline had the news and that’s all we really know about the film. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below about what the plot could possibly involve.

Butler had this to say about playing Banning once again.

Robert Kamen will write the script along with Ric Roman Waugh set to direct. Producers are G-BASE’s Alan Siegel and Gerard Butler, Eclectic Picture’s Heidi Jo Markel, Les Weldon and Millennium Media’s Jeffrey Greenstein, Jonathan Yunger, and Yariv Lerner. Executive producers on behalf of Millennium Media are Avi Lerner, Trevor Short and Boaz Davidson.
