  • Ghost in the Shell gets a new teaser and poster

  • Bryan Singer is going to direct the pilot episode of the new X-Men TV show. The untitled project focuses on two ordinary parents who discover that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive – Deadline
  • The the recent bidding war for Little America, a spec written by British filmmaker Rowan Athale who will also direct, has been won by Universal. Michael Bay is set to produce the project with Platinum Dunes. Set in a dystopian future, America has been bankrupt by a “Donald Trump-like president” and China has called in all the debts of the nation, leading Americans to begin to immigrate to China to look for work.
