John Turturro will be Carmine Falcone in The Batman

Matt Reeves’ The Batman already has Robert Pattinson as Batman, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon, Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Andy Serkis as Alfred and Colin Farrell is in talks to play The Penguin.

Reeves has tweeted the news that they will be joined by John Turturro who will be playing the Mob boss Carmine Falcone.

It is certainly shaping up to be a great cast.

Reeves has said that the film will include a rogues gallery of Batman’s villains and focus more on the Dark Knight’s detective skills. Therefore, I think that, while we are getting lots of villains in the film they will probably just have one or two scenes as Batman makes his way through a mystery. Kind of like the Hush or The Long Halloween storylines from the comics.
