NYCC 2019: Coyote Peterson talks about painful bites, stings, and his new show Brave the Wild

At the 2019 New York Comic Con, I was able to sit down with a table of journalists and have an in-depth 40-minute conversation with Coyote Peterson – The King of Sting Himself. Known for his hugely popular YouTube channel (with 15 million subscribers!) that includes the shows Brave Wilderness, Breaking Trail, Beyond the Tide, Dragon Tails, Base Camp, Blue Wilderness, and Coyote’s Backyard.

Now he’s launching a new show on Animal Planet in February of 2020 called Coyote Peterson: Brave the Wild, and we discuss in-depth the new series, his background, how he endures the world’s most painful stings and bites, how he wants to tell animal stories, and so much more.
